These amounts are based on each districts individual cost report submissions for the 2013-2014 school year. **Districts will notice these amounts have drastically been reduced based on the following reasons:** - This is the first calculation year in which the new Parental Consent requirements/regulations have an impact on the Medicaid Penetration Rate (MPR) for the district.  - This is the first full calculation year in which the interim payment rates for the CT SBCH program were used in determining the formula. - Most districts saw an increase in their monthly claiming for the school year. **Parental consent is crucial to the success of your Medicaid program.
