Yes they are paying and have been for several weeks!

Background for denial of payments

On October 8, 2016, Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) notified LEAs that individual and group speech therapy treatment services claims were being denied
due to a claims processing error,

DHCS instructed LEAs to hold off on submitting 92507 and 92508 claims
until the claims issue was resolved.

On January 18, 2017,all 92507 and 92508 claims were submitted
although the claims issue was not yet resolved,

DHCS instructed LEAs to submit 92507 and 92508 claims to avoid timeliness restrictions,
noting that these claims will continue to be denied until the claims issue is resolved by the Fiscal Intermediary, Conduent formerly known as XEROX

What Does this Mean for your school district

DHCS has instructed the Fiscal Intermediary to initiate an Erroneous Payment Correction (EPC) to reprocess any erroneously denied 92507 and 92508 claims,

with no further action required by LEAs.

DHCS will inform stakeholders once the EPCs are implemented.
