Punxsutawney Phil informed us last week that winter is here for six more weeks! I hope everyone is excited. For what has been as cold of a winter as I can remember, it is sometimes quite difficult to find that sense of warmth out there. But if we look hard enough, there are individuals everyday bringing comfort to those in most need of it, even during these dank winter months..jpg?width=395&height=263&name=bigstock-adorable-toddler-boy-having-fu-53358562_(3).jpg)
Our CompuClaim family once again is sharing with our readers the special people that impact the lives of those around them. This story warms our hearts as we look to find ways to deal with the freezing temperatures and snowy days we are all enduring across the country.
As we anticipate any signs of thawing in the coming weeks, there is a very special group getting a head start this weekend on melting some ice and more importantly, bringing hope to children and families dealing with life-threatening illnesses. Camp Sunshine in Maine is sponsoring “A.J.’s New Jersey Polar Dip” today - where all proceeds go to help fund trips for families from across and around the country to this remarkable retreat in Casco, Maine.
So if you’re looking for something to warm up your day, please follow this link and help donate to a tremendous cause.
Thank you and stay warm!
